Instructors
Experienced teachers sharing authentic wisdom from yoga’s birthplace for over a decade.
During the week, we’ll practice sunrise yoga, enjoy mud bath and sauna rituals, take part in creative workshops, and share a plant-based cooking class. We’ll also explore the area with a coastal fort visit, sunset gatherings, and a visit to a 500-year-old banyan tree.

The retreat location is a 10-minute walk from Keri Beach, close to cafés and restaurants for midday breaks, and just a short scooter ride from Arambol for those who want to explore more of the area.
