Soulful Afternoon Vinyasa
July – September 2025 | Cologne, Germany


During the golden afternoons of summer, Designed Yoga brought its mindful spirit to Cologne, in collaboration with the city’s vibrant vegan community. Every two to three weeks, we gathered in the peaceful Beethoven Park, where the warmth of the sun met the softness of movement.




Each Soulful Afternoon Vinyasa session was designed to cultivate mental clarity, calmness, truthfulness, and peace. Through mindful breathing and flowing sequences, we invited the body to open and the heart to expand — creating a gentle harmony between self-awareness and collective energy. The intention was simple yet profound: to ground, connect, and be fully present.




After every practice, our circle came together to share soulful vegan food, laughter, and heartfelt conversations. These gatherings became more than yoga sessions — they became celebrations of mindful living, where love, community, and conscious nourishment intertwined.






Through Designed Yoga’s Soulful Afternoon Vinyasa, we were reminded that mindfulness extends far beyond the mat — it lives in the way we eat, connect, and breathe together in peace.
