Circle of Love

In the warmth of July, Designed Yoga gathered a circle of women in Munich, united by love, friendship, and mindful presence. Beneath open skies, we formed a Circle of Love — a heartfelt celebration for Alta and Vincent, honoring connection, creativity, and the energy of togetherness.

Hand in hand, we set our intentions: to open our hearts, to give, and to receive love freely. Guided by Mia’s soulful heart-opening yoga flow, we began with breath and meditation, grounding ourselves in stillness before flowing through movement filled with joy and softness. Each breath became an offering — a blessing for the journey ahead.

After the practice, we turned inward with journaling and self-reflection, writing love letters to ourselves as gifts of presence and compassion, later shared as blessings for our beloved sister bride, Alta. The gathering continued indoors with a nourishing vegetarian meal curated by the Designed Yoga team, inspired by Ayurvedic principles — a menu crafted to replenish body and mind with natural sweetness, gentle spice, and mindful balance.

From stuffed dates to crisp cucumber boats, each bite carried the same intention as our practice — love, creativity, and care. Circle of Love reflected Designed Yoga’s essence: bringing people together through yoga, mindfulness, art, and plant-based food, where every detail is infused with heart and harmony.

Alta’s project gave us the chance to bring our vision to life — with a splash of color and playful branding, Designed Yoga found a new expression.
